Sierra Bonita Village and Turtle Creek Estates are combined as a designated senior community located in Paso Robles, California. Both developments are governed by the Board of Directors and the Covenants, Conditions and Regulations of the Sierra Bonita Village Homeowners' Association. As such, one resident must be over the age of 55 years and none may be under the age of 25 years.
The majority of the homes are duplexes with each owner responsible for the maintenance of their unit, its exterior and landscaping.
